Step Two:
Review of Franchise Application - When we receive the completed application, we will conduct a background check, character check, franchise pro assessment, to verify all information submitted on the application. If your application is approved, a meeting will be set up for you to visit our franchisor / master franchise corporate office.

Step Three:
Business Presentation at the Corporate Office - Your initial meeting will be held at the Master Franchise Corporate Office and will include a full presentation regarding Chipmunks Playland & Cafe and our Franchise Program. You will also be given a tour of one of our company centers.

Step Four :
Once you agreed to become our franchisee, you are required to sign MOU and paid initial 20% down payment non refundable in order to received our further confidential document. If during the period, cancellation made by us, we will refund 10% of your initial down payment and keep the remaining to cover our management expenses.

• You will receive a copy of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), which provides very detailed information on our company and our franchising program. You will be required to sign a receipt acknowledging you have received the UFOC.
• If you don’t have any location yet, we will help you in finding a good site for your business, and leasing negotiation with the land owner.
• You will received our financial budgeting simulation as total capital needed based on your layout.
• You will received our franchise agreement for your lawyer review

Document Review meeting(s)- Prior to this meeting, we request the potential franchisee to thoroughly review our confidential documents given priory and discuss it’s contents with any partners or associates. We will discuss your plan and answer any questions you have re

As a founder of Chipmunks Playland & Café, he has the exceptional sense of play and knows exactly what children want and like to play. This knowledge has made him succeed in children entertainment business and become a knowhow of the brand.
Based on his 12 years experience running the stores successfully, he will be in charge from choosing the location, layout process, play equipment evaluation, marketing strategy and increasing store performance.

Mrs. Kerri Spence, Founder
Together with her husband, Mr Lance Spence, she has massive experience in handling store daily operation from handling customer, parties, store programs, cost efficiency and how to boost up store performance. She will help master franchisee in monitoring each single store operation

Lanny Kwandy PHD, International Partner
Known as one of the acknowledge franchise consultant in Asia with proven knowledge and experience in helping a lot of franchisor to run their business with the right franchise systems. She will be in charge for franchise system operation and development, from franchise prospect evaluation, country evaluation, market research, financial calculation, pre opening assistance up to franchise operation assistance.
Furthermore she will be also in charge for Chipmunks International Buying house in providing reliable supplier and price for the franchisee, such as play equipment, in-store equipment, theme interior items, and to develop merchandising collection for the brand.

As with any expanding franchise system, we have thousands of people interested in buying a franchise. To measure a candidate’s qualifications, we have established both net worth and liquid asset requirements. These requirements are per unit to be opened. The required liquid assets are a minimum of US $500,000 per store up.

Operational Requirements

Each franchisee must at all times have a full-time, qualified, experienced General Manager (GM) that fit our basic requirement. If you do not personally have the business experience, you will be required to have what we call a “Store Manager.” Your Store manager will be responsible for operations of your franchised operational network. We sometimes have access to qualified individuals whom you may contact about being your Store manager. It is your responsibility to secure a Store manager if you do not have the substantive experience required.
