Franchise Application Flow

Step One:
Request a Confidential Franchise Package through our website. Once received, submit our Franchise Application.

Step Two:
Review of Franchise Application - When we receive the completed application, we will conduct a background check, character check, franchise pro assessment, to verify all information submitted on the application. If your application is approved, a meeting will be set up for you to visit our franchisor / master franchise corporate office.

Step Three:
Business Presentation at the Corporate Office - Your initial meeting will be held at the Master Franchise Corporate Office and will include a full presentation regarding Chipmunks Playland & Cafe and our Franchise Program. You will also be given a tour of one of our company centers.

Step Four :
Once you agreed to become our franchisee, you are required to sign MOU and paid initial 20% down payment non refundable in order to received our further confidential document. If during the period, cancellation made by us, we will refund 10% of your initial down payment and keep the remaining to cover our management expenses.

  • You will receive a copy of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), which provides very detailed information on our company and our franchising program. You will be required to sign a receipt acknowledging you have received the UFOC.
  • If you don’t have any location yet, we will help you in finding a good site for your business, and leasing negotiation with the land owner.
  • You will received our financial budgeting simulation as total capital needed based on your layout.
  • You will received our franchise agreement for your lawyer review

Step Five:
Document Review meeting(s)- Prior to this meeting, we request the potential franchisee to thoroughly review our confidential documents given priory and discuss it’s contents with any partners or associates. We will discuss your plan and answer any questions you have re
