Site Selection

Prime locations are not always easy to come by. Therefore, our highly experienced real estate team will assist you in identifying and securing prime real estate sites to ensure that you select a location with the best chance for success. Once potential sites are identified, we assist in negotiating leases for a variety of issues including price per square foot, build-out time and allowances, renewal terms, etc.

Turn Key Opening

Once your lease is signed, the clock starts ticking. Every day that your location is not open is a day that you are not putting money back into your pocket. To ensure you open as soon as possible, we offer a complete timetable with turn key service. You will be provided Pre Opening Manual; this service allows you to focus on the other needs of your business.

Equipment Package

Chipmunks Playland & Cafe supports you with a consolidated equipment package that covers every piece of equipment in your business, from play equipments to branded furniture and theme store design. Ongoing care and maintenance is specified in your Operations Manual.

Complete Training Program

Our training Programs cover all essential learning part from theory about our business, operational knowledge through training in the store up to reminder learning through our video tutorial.

Franchisee Assistance

Our Franchisee Assistance will do the Routine franchise assessments for quality, cleanliness, curriculum, programming, safety, security and above all the happiness of the children, furthermore they will also do monitoring of enrollment, budgeting and expense.

But support doesn’t end once your store is built, your staff trained, and your business opened. Each store is assigned a Franchisee Assistance, who will assist in the strategic and operational questions that you will inevitably encounter after your Grand Opening. We’re here to motivate, encourage, and share best practices. All of our Franchisee assistance have extensive Grand Opening and operating experience and can help you through some of the finer points. We’re accountable to each other - so our Franchisee assistance are there to make you the best you can be.
