You will become part of our franchise team and share our dream of offering socially responsible programs to the children of our communities.

Is it necessary to have previous business experience to own a Chipmunks Playland & cafe?
A: None at all, but a retail personality is a big plus (friendly, outgoing, and customer service minded). Previous business experience and a willingness to have fun are the keys.

How much money can I make from a Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Parties and Play?
A: The Federal Trade Commission will not let us make any earnings claims to prospective franchisees. Therefore, we rely on our franchisees to supply you information on this subject and, with some effort on your part, you can put together a fairly accurate pro forma.

Would there be any renewal fee upon completion of franchise term?
A: Yes, franchise renewal fees would be negotiable for another 5 year’s term.

What qualities do you I need to a successful Franchisee?
A: The following are qualities we look for in a potential Franchisee:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Commitment to personal involvement in the operations of your center
• Ability to successfully manage a budget
• Ability to multitask
• An acceptable Criminal Background with no felonies, whether related to children or not, or misdemeanors involving children
• An acceptable credit history with sufficient liquid assets to invest

Would franchisor carry out any advertising and marketing strategies for franchisees?
A: Franchisor will from time to time strategically carry out advertising and marketing activities to build more customer base. With that3% Advertising & Promotion fees would be collected from franchisee from each month gross sales

Would potential franchisee required to look for their own site?
A: If potential franchisees do have a location in mind, franchisor would evaluate the location for suitability before granting. Otherwise, franchisor would recommend some location for potential franchisee after singing MOU.

How about training?
A: Franchisor will conduct training for the franchisee and staff with additional US 5000 training fee

What would be the ideal business hour?
A: Business hour vary from each country, for western (Australia / new Zealand) is from 10am to 6pm. But should the situation require any outlet to operate earlier or extend business hour, it is always recommended to do so as more sales would be collected in the process. It is also essential if the outlet is situated within a shopping mall where the opening time and closing time is fixed and all tenants are to follow. Otherwise, fines shall be imposed.

How is the purchasing and distribution of stocks works?
A: Chipmunks Playalnd & Café through its comprehensive i-POS system monitors the sales of every outlet and recommends stocks to all franchisee. Franchisee may also order some of the best selling stocks in their outlet. However, the Chipmunks merchandiser shall work hand in hand with the franchisee in preparing the order to be transported or distributed to all franchisee.

Does Chipmunks Playland & Cafe supply me with an accounting system, daily sales summary system, and inventory control system?
A: Yes. Complete, easy to use accounting, daily sales summary, and inventory control systems are within our store IT system and you will be trained on their use. These systems are designed to help you maintain the highest product quality and track your business performance.

How effective is the control system?
A: Attested control system had been designed to assist franchisee to monitor any abnormality and able to assist in identifying problematic area immediately.

How soon can I expect for my center to be open once I have been accepted as a Franchise?
A: There are many variables that can affect the time line for when a Franchise Center will be open. However, we estimate that time to be within 6 - 12 months.

Am I assigned a protected territory?
A: Yes. Upon payment of your entire Franchise Fee, we will provide you with an exclusive territory, the size of which will depend, among other factors, on the size, demographics and density of the population you propose to serve.

Do I receive assistance with selection of a site for a center?
A: Yes. We provide franchisees with the criteria to be used in selecting a site location and provide limited on-site evaluation.

Do I receive guidance on purchasing equipment?
A: Yes. You will be provided with specifications regarding all equipment

What assistance will I receive in opening my center?
A: An executive management member is assigned to the franchisee center and will be on-site to assist with the initial opening of the center.

Will I receive on-going support and guidance once my center is open?
A: Yes, you will receive operating manuals that cover many aspects of your center’s operation. A member of our executive management team will also contact you by phone, as well as, visit periodically to offer consult and offer advice. A member of our executive management team will always be available to you either by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
